ORDER AND REASONS

VANCE, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who are Louisiana citizens with homeowner’s insurance policies from six named defendants, move to remand this matter. For the following reasons, the Court DENIES plaintiffs’ motion.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs here are six Louisiana property owners who suffered substantial damage to their property during Hurricane Katrina and who have sued their insurance providers under their homeowner’s policies.
