BILLINGS, Judge:
Defendant Albert L. Ross appeals his conviction of eight counts of forgery, a third degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-501(4) (Supp.1997), and one count of communications fraud, a second degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-1801(l)(d) (Supp. 1997). We affirm in part and reverse in part.. FACTS
