THIS CAUSE came on to be considered upon the Order entered by the United States District Court on October 13, 2000, (“Remand Order”) remanding the above captioned case for further consideration. See Hicks v. United States of America, (In re Hicks), 257 B.R. 354 (M.D.Fla. 2000).
