*207 JUDGMENT

Unfair labor practice charges were filed against the respondent alleging it had violated federal labor law in its treatment of employees who had engaged in a strike but who had made an unconditional offer to return to work. Following a hearing, an administrative law judge found the respondent to have committed the charged violations and set forth the remedial steps to be taken by the respondent to correct those violations.
