The Bank of New York Mellon MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Bank of New York Mellon (“BNY Mellon”) foreclosed on the property of Azmat and Dawn Khawaja. After BNY Mellon sought to evict the Khawajas from the property, they brought a plea of title action against BNY Mellon in state court.
