This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered in a gas explosion in a hotel room occupied by the plaintiff. The defendants were the hotel operator and the gas company which supplied gas to the hotel. The gas company demurred to the petition. The demurrer was sustained, and plaintiff appeals. *830The operator of the hotel is not directly involved in the appeal. The sole question is whether the petition stated a cause of action against the gas company.
