On October 5, 1995, Inek L. Dove, appellant, was injured during the course of her employment with appellee, Montgomery County Board of Education (“the Board”). Dove filed a timely claim with the Workers’ Compensation Commission (“Commission”) on October 10, 1995. Dove received several awards of disability benefits from the Commission between November 17, 1995 and May 31, 2000. On June 10, 2000, Dove received her last payment of disability benefits from the Board.
