Appellants, Giant Food, LLC, employer, and Lumberman’s Mutual Casualty Company, insurer, appeal from an order, and the subsequent denial of their motion to alter or amend, of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, finding that appellee, David Eddy’s, request for modification of his workers’ compensation award was timely, and remanding the case to the Workers’ Compensation Commission (“Commission”).
