Defendant Fernando Osorio Estrada (“Osorio”) appeals from judgments of conviction entered on jury verdicts after a trial in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Osorio was convicted of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848 (Count 1); conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count 2); possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and aiding and abetting the same, 18 U.S.C. § 2 (Counts 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10);…
