Petitioners seek judicial review of a final order of the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) that affirmed Linn County’s issuance of a conditional use permit and a green-way development permit for the construction of an 18-hole public golf course on land zoned for exclusive farm use (EFU) and situated in the Willamette River Greenway.
