— Benjamin F. Jackson 'died intestate seized of real estate in Monona and Harrison counties. Fred Jackson was appointed administrator of the estate of decedent on February 27, 1925. The first publication of the notice of the appointment of the administrator -was on March 5, 1925. On October 24, 1925, the Turin Savings Bank filed a claim against the estate for $3,400 which claim was of the 4th class.
