This appeal is from an order of the Criminal Court of Sullivan County revoking a suspended sentence previously granted the plaintiff-in-error and defendant, Jackie Bledsoe, for the admitted crimes of three burglaries.

The defendant was indicted by the Sullivan County grand jury for three burglaries at the November 1961 Term of the Criminal Court of that County. Two of the indictments charged the defendant with having committed burglary in the third degree. The third indictment charged him with burglary in the second degree.
