ZINTER, Justice.
[¶ 1.] Three children appeal the trial court’s refusal to terminate their father’s parental rights.1 We reverse and remand:

[¶ 2.] On February 16, 1993, L.K. (Father) was convicted of engaging in sexual intercourse without consent.2 He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment with five years suspended.
