Appellant llene Ehrlich filed this medical malpractice suit against Appellee Dr. William Miles for injuries that resulted from a face lift and cheek implants. Ap-pellee filed a motion to dismiss, alleging that Appellant’s expert report was not sufficient. Appellant then filed a motion to extend time to file an expert report. The trial court denied Appellant’s motion for extension and granted Appellee’s motion to dismiss. In two points, Appellant now appeals.
