Introduction
Appellant Philip A. Moore, M.D. (Dr. Moore) appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to dismiss the health care liability claim of appellee Kristy Gatica (Gatica). We originally dismissed this interlocutory appeal for want of jurisdiction. Moore v. Gatica, 253 S.W.3d 291 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 2007) (mem.op.), rev’d, 253 S.W.3d 219 (Tex.2008).
