We again have before us the issue of whether Peter Christian Andresen (Andresen), a member of the Maryland Bar, should be disciplined. He was still incarcerated at the time of our decision in Attorney Griev. Comm’n v. Andresen, 279 Md. 250, 367 A. 2d 1251 (1977). His exceptions at that time to the recommendation of the three-judge panel included that absent his consent a hearing could not be held relative to disciplinary action until a reasonable time after the completion of his incarceration.
