Defendant Pablo Fernandez appeals from a December 22, 1995 judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sprizzo, J.) convicting him of one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Fernandez’ primary challenge on appeal is that the evidence presented was insufficient to support his eonviction.
