On November 9, 2015, the District Attorney for the Parish of St. Charles filed a bill of information charging defendant, Kevin Jago, with possession of heroin, on or about November 2, 2015, in violation of La. R.S. 40:967 C.1 On December 8, 2015, defendant was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty.
