{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Jeffrey Boatright appeals the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} A few weeks after M.H., an adult, homosexual male, engaged in consensual, unprotected anal and oral intercourse with Boatright, M.H. developed persistent flu-like symptoms and went to an emergency room for treatment. Based upon his constellation of symptoms, M.H. was tested for, and ultimately diagnosed with, HIV.
