Barbara Hutson brings this action against A.H. Robins Co. (“Robins”) 1 for compensato ry damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by her use of the Daikon Shield intrauterine contraceptive device, manufactured by Robins. The matter is currently before the Court on plaintiffs motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). 2
