MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER 1

This matter came on for trial before the Court on the plaintiffs Complaint. The Complaint asserts that a judgment rendered in plaintiffs favor against the defendant in state court 2 is not dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). 3 The evidence is that the defendant, Victor M.
