This appeal is from a judgment entered on jury verdict for injuries received by plaintiff, a passenger on one of defendant’s busses, resulting from a sudden stop of tbe bus in tbe intersection of Market Street and Pine Avenue in tbe City of Warren.

Plaintiff’s evidence showed tbat be entered tbe bus at a regular stop at tbe curb of Market Street only about twenty feet from the intersection; tbat as be paid bis fare and before be could be seated in tbe nearly empty bus, it started abruptly, causing him to lose bis balance, pulled out into traffic and, before be could regain bis balance, stopped…
