In this diversity action, Southeastern Pipeline Services, Inc. (Southeastern) instituted suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the Citizens and Southern Bank of Thomas County, Georgia, and two of the bank’s officers, Clifford S. Campbell, Jr., and Delmar J. Conner. On the defendants’ motion for a change .of venue, the case was transferred to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
