The bill in this case is filed by Joseph L. Hall and Louis B. Farley, the assignees of a judgment recovered for the Farley National Bank, against, the Alabama Terminal and Improvement Company — hereinafter ' called the Terminal 'Company. Within a year after the rendition of this judgment, and before the filing of the bill, execution issued on it and was duly returned “no property.” The bill was filed March 17, 1894.
