This is an interlocutory appeal from a trial court order overruling a plea to the jurisdiction and granting a temporary in junction. For reasons we later state, we modify the temporary injunction and, as modified, affirm the trial court order.
The suit giving rise to the temporary injunction was brought by appellee San-deep Rao (Rao) against appellant Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Tech).
