ALLEN, Chief Judge.

This is a timely interlocutory appeal from ’’ a dismissal of appellant’s complaint with leave to amend.

Appellant, plaintiff below, filed a complaint under Section 742, Fla.Stats., F.S.A., Bastardy. Attached to the complaint is a certified copy of a valid California decree adjudging the appellee the father of appellant’s illegitimate child and ordering the father to pay $75.00 a month for the child’s support.
