[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION A decree of dissolution of the parties' marriage was entered on August 31, 1994. At that time the court found that it did have jurisdiction, that the allegations of the complaint had been proved and were true and that the marriage of the parties had broken down irretrievably. The court also ordered that the defendant shall have her maiden name of Kimberly Ann Simimi restored.
