T1 Plaintiff Don Honeywell's house was struck by lightning and destroyed by fire. Plaintiff sued GADA Builders, Inc. (Builder), the homebuilder, and Larry Brannon Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. (Plumber), the subcontractor hired to install the gas distribution system, for negligence and breach of contract. Plumber filed a third party petition against Gastite, the manufacturer of the corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) used in the distribution system.
