This appeal follows a series of determinations *438made against the Arlington contributory retirement board (board) regarding the interpretation and application of G. L. c. 32, § 3(8)(c).2 The board appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court upholding the denial by the Contributory Retirement Appeal Board (CRAB) of the board’s claim that it was not required to share the costs of pensions payable to employees of the Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District (Minuteman district). We affirm.
