I. Background

Plaintiff Oswald Russell was an aircraft mechanic employed by Defendant American Eagle Airlines, Inc. 1 Plaintiff, who is African-American, alleges that fellow employees and supervisors who were either white or Hispanic subjected him to various acts of racial discrimination during the period of his employment.
