STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Plaintiff-appellant, Gertrude Glaser (Glaser), appeals a decision of the Vander-burgh Superior Court upholding the denial of her application for Medicaid by defendant-appellee, Indiana Department of Public Welfare (DPW).
We affirm.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
Glaser is 80 years old and has lived in a nursing home since November 1988. Glaser's niece, Carolyn Clark (Clark), is authorized by a power of attorney to manage her affairs.
