In a non jury trial the defendant Evans was found guilty of grand theft as charged in Count I, of a violation of the Dangerous Weapons’ Control Law (Pen. Code, § 12090) as charged in Count II, and of burglary as charged in each of the Counts VI and VII. The defendant Roquemore was found guilty of grand theft as charged in Count I, of a violation of the Dangerous Weapons’ Control Law (Pen.
