Defendant ivas charged by information with burglary (Pen. Code, § 459). The information also charged a prior felony conviction (grand theft) in Arizona. Defendant pleaded not guilty and denied the prior. Trial by jury was Avaived. At the trial defendant admitted the prior conviction. The court found defendant guilty of burglary in the second degree.
