This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that reversed the judgment of Columbia county circuit court Judge Howard Latton in an administrative review action. The judgment which the court of appeals reversed was an order of the Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission, dismissing Michael Samens’ handicap discrimination complaint against Wisconsin Power and Light Company.
