Kenneth A. Sheppard, an attorney, appeals an order finding him in contempt of court and committing him to jail because of his refusal to answer questions posed by the State during a proceeding before a special inquiry judge. Sheppard contends that the trial court erred in ordering him to answer questions regarding the source of payments for his representation of two former clients and to produce documents pursuant to a subpoena duces tecum pertaining to fee arrangements for one of those clients.
