Plaintiff/Appellee United Parcel Service initiated this cause against defendant/appellant View-All, Inc., premised upon open account, and for work and labor done. The complaint was later amended to include as individual defendants, George H. Deyo, Sam Grasso, John Poczabut, and Leonard Sansone, in their capacity as directors of View-All.
