Tbe bill was filed by tbe O’Conner Mining & Manufacturing Company as a simple contract creditor of tbe Coosa Furnace Company, and its principal purpose was to reach and subject to tbe payment of tbe debt claimed certain property alleged to have been fraudulently conveyed by tbe Coosa Furnace Company, first, by a mortgage executed on tbe 7th day of April, 1884, and again, as to a part of tbe property, by a deed of absolute conveyance executed on tbe 13th day of July, 1885.
