In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for unfair competition and theft of trade secrets and confidential customer lists, the defendants Richard Pole and Duane Pascale appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk *426County (Gowan, J.), entered November 26, 1988, which denied their motion to dismiss the amended complaint as against them on the ground that it is barred by the Statute of Limitations, and on the ground that the third cause of action fails to state a valid claim upon which relief may be granted.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
