This was an action of trespass quare clausum fregit, brought by appellee, in the Cook Circuit Court, against appellants and several other persons. The declaration contained four counts, for breaking and entering plaintiff’s close. The first two were for trespasses alleged to have been committed in the month of October, 1864, and the other two for trespasses alleged to have been committed in May, 1865.
