Defendants, striking school teachers of the Meridian Education Association (MEA), bring this interlocutory appeal from the order of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County refusing to dissolve a preliminary injunction issued in favor of plaintiff, Board of Education of Community Unit School District #101. The injunction, issued without notice to defendants and following an ex parte hearing, prohibited the teachers from picketing and ordered them back to work.
