Petitioner, Departmental Disciplinary Committee (DDC) for *116the First Judicial Department, moves for an order confirming the findings of a report of a Hearing Panel and suspending respondent Patrick Henry Diamond from the practice of law for a period of one year, commencing May 13, 1986 or upon the termination of his criminal probation, whichever is later.
Respondent, Patrick Henry Diamond was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the First Judicial Department on December 12, 1966.
