OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent was admitted to practice on October 19,1960, at a term of the Appellate Division, Second Department. He was convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York of two counts of violating section 7206 of title' 26 of the United States Code, in that he aided and assisted in the preparation of Federal income tax returns for a business which employed him, which contained substantially overstated deductions for the fiscal years ending April 30, 1973 and April 30, 1974.
