This case was tried before a jury in the Hudson circuit. It resulted in a direction of a verdict for the respondent, and appellant appeals from the judgment.

The gravamen of the complaint is that respondent maintained in Jersey City certain electric wires and that on June 10th, 1911, through its negligence, one of the wires carrying electric current fell, and that decedent came in contact therewith, receiving a shock from which his death resulted.
