MEMORANDUM

CALDWELL, District Judge.

Introduction

Before the court are the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment. The plaintiff initiated this action to recover damages resulting from an allegedly wrongful termination of employment. The defendants, by way of counterclaim, seek to enforce two interim agreements entered into by the parties. For the reasons that follow, the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment will be denied and the defendants’ motion for summary judgment will be granted.
