The defendants have moved to compel three individuals to answer certain questions posed to them (or to be posed to them) at deposition. I grant the motion in part.

The history of this case is familiar and I will not recite it here. For present purposes, it suffices to say that the plaintiff in this action formerly served as the class representative in an action against Knox County and its sheriff which began on November 19, 2002 and ended with Judge Carter’s approval of a class settlement…
