OPINION
{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties' briefs, and their oral arguments before this court. Defendant-Appellant, John Hohvart, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas that found him guilty of kidnapping and felonious assault and sentenced him to maximum, consecutive sentences. Hohvart raises five issues on appeal. Four of those assignments of error challenge his conviction and each of these is meritless.
