BAIRD, Judge.

Applicant was convicted of murder and sentenced to confinement for Life and a $10,000.00 fine. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Mowbray v. State, 788 S.W.2d 658 (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi 1990). Her habeas application contends:…
