I concur in the majority opinion herein insofar as it affirms the decree of the trial court in granting defendant in error a divorce. There is abundant evidence to support the divorce decree as being at the fault of the defendant. I also concur insofar as the opinion holds that the trial court’s division of the jointly-acquired property was reasonable and also concur insofar as the opinion holds that the alimony allowed by the trial court was reasonable.
