Plaintiffs Pearson Education, Inc., Thomson Learning, Inc., John Wiley & Sons, Inc. and The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. § collectively, (“Plaintiffs”) brought this action against defendant Yi Shi (“Yi Shi”), a resident of Missouri, doing business under several names, and defendants John Doe Nos. 2-5, associates of Yi Shi, (collectively, “Defendants”).
