MEMORANDUM DECISION
LOUISE DeCARL MALUGEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtors Mickey and Diane Blackburn seek confirmation of their amended Chap ter 13 plan. In part, the plan provides for payment of $7,900, at the rate of $183 per month in satisfaction of the purchase option under a vehicle lease. Security Pacific Credit Corporation, the lessor, has objected to confirmation and asserts that the lease terminated pre-petition and cannot be assumed.
